"Replenish Week-end Retreat"

  Through Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation

Hi  every-one, 

Liz Newman and myself (Melissa Borich) are holding another retreat at Chenrezig Institute, Eudlo.

It shall be quite an intimate retreat just like last year in that we are able to accommodate 15, at the delightful Chenrezig Insitute.

We have lots of lovely practices in store, details are below,

When :7th-9th  October 2016

Where : Chenrezig Institute @ Eudlo

Cost: $400- dorm, $415- double, $430 -single,this is "EARLY BIRD "price, if paid by 7th of September. The price increases by $50 after this date. (When booking please let us know which you would prefer and we shall do our best to meet your request)

Content: This weekend retreat shall include

  • Progressive Muscle Relaxation sequences
  • Guided Mindfulness Meditation practices, morning and evening
  • A flowing morning practice of yoga postures
  • Breathing practices to sooth and deeply replenish
  • Restorative yoga, less is more,very healing
  • Time for reading/reflecting/ exploring Chenrezig

Facilitators: Melissa Borich and Liz Newman have taught yoga and meditation for many years in the form of classes, workshops, courses and retreats. Liz is a qualified yoga therapist, and Melissa has trained at the Gawler Foundation in Mindfulness- based Stillness Meditation.

I am holding a day retreat at my Healing Space in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

The day shall encompasses many practices, to settle, sooth, replenish and revitalise, body mind and spirit.

Linda Jenkin Yoga

Hi everyone,
I will be running a day workshop focusing on the alignment and action of the feet and hands.
The morning will be asana and relaxation. In the afternoon we will luxuriate by pampering our feet and hands, a pranayama and meditation.

Mindfulness  based Stillness Meditation Weekend Course and Yoga Retreat.

Where: Melissa's Healing Space, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Qld

When: November 7th - 9th,  2014

What is it: This retreat shall encompass the Mindfulness based stillness Meditation course that I hold regularly. We shall flow through 6 sessions over the week-end. yoga classes shall be on offer over the week-end to keep any tight areas free, spacious, and relaxed. A wonderful way to learn how to meditate, or to deepen an already existing practice. Delicious organic vegetarian cuisine, massage available upon request, delightful peaceful surrounds for walking and replenishing.
