Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation(MBSM)

This course offers 4 easy steps on how to build a satisfying meditation practice.
Relaxation, stress management,improving your everyday relationships, overall well - being and deepening your spiritual practices are all enhanced by MBSM.
"Mindfulness is the practice of paying close attention to the present moment and observing your thoughts and body sensations with an attitude of gentle curiosity and non-judgement".
Sounds yummy, well it is! This course is a wonderful way to learn how to meditate, or helps to deepen an already committed daily practice, or possibly re- connect to a lapsed meditation practice.
Melissa Borich is a trained MBSM teacher, by the Gawler Foundation, Melbourne. She has been teaching/sharing yoga and meditation for 10 years in the form of classes, one to one sessions,workshops and retreats.
