Finding Peace Workshop Update

"Our peace shall stand as firm as rocky mountains." William Shakespeare

More and more we are finding that everyone is just looking for that little bit of stillness in their lives, that calm place within to come to for a respite from the busy world, a tangible experience of Peace.
In our upcoming workshop we hope to share some ideas to find that place within each of us where we can come to rest and to find that firm and unshakeable sense of peace that Shakespeare was speaking of.

The morning will include a flowing asana practice incorporating classic poses in a creative flow - connecting to the exhalation as a vehicle for letting go and finding deep peace inside of our poses.
After our shared lunch we'll explore some Therapy practices to release tension in the body, letting go of holding patterns and finding a sense of physical freedom; techniques easy to practice in daily life and to share with others.
We'll then move on to a Yoga Nidra practice for deep relaxation and a meditation to really settle us into a personal experience of Peace.

As Gandhi said, each of must "be the change you want to see in the world";  living in a happy and peaceful world all begins with setting the intention and making the effort to find that Peace within ourselves!

We'd love to see you at the workshop.
