Saturday – main theme is letting go of what we’ve been holding on to over Winter
6:00am to 6:45am Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation with Melissa
7:00am to 8:30am Yoga on Beach with Melissa or Yoga indoors with Angela
8:30am to 10:00am Breakfast
10:00am to 10:45am Ayurvedic Lifestyle Suggestions for moving into Spring
11:00am to 12:30pm Yoga with Linda
12:30pm to 1:45pm Lunch
1:45pm to 2:30pm Walking Mindfulness Meditation
2:30pm to 3:15pm Cleansing Pranayama with Linda
3:15pm to 3:30pm Break
3:30pm to 5:30pm Yoga Therapy techniques for releasing tension with Angela
5:30pm to 6:00pm Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation with Melissa
6:00pm to 7:30pm Dinner
7:30pm Fire Ceremony
Sunday – main theme is planting the seeds of what you would like to welcome for Spring
6:00am to 6:45am Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation with Melissa

8:30am to 10:00am Breakfast and clean up rooms
10:00am to 11:30am Group Class – “Opening into Spring”
11:30am to 12:00pm Yoga Nidra
12:00pm to 1:30pm Lunch and pack up
1:30pm to 2:00pm Closing Circle
